So handy, near metro stations and easy to get to the old town

Room was very well and very clean. It was good enough.

The fact that they have smoking rooms available which is great these days. The location is good but walking from the old town at night can be a bit intimidating as there are a few derelict buildings and the street is very dark plus cars park anywhere so you have to walk on the road but that is not the hotels problem..

Terrible breakfast and the silly wee coffee machine was always breaking down and when it was working it took ages and people queuing up to use it. The Wi-Fi didn't work during my entire stay so I have to use my phone's data. I did complain but nothing was done about it.

George the head waiter in the breakfast room spoke good English and was very helpful with my gluten free, diary free diet.

The safe didn't work in the room.

Spot is very good, close to Magheru, Calea Victoriei etc., room very large, with large bathroom as well AND a terrace. Furnishings quite new and tasteful, big TV, comfortable bed. Staff friendly and helpful, waiter in the restaurant a real character :)

Generally a very good experience spoilt by nuisances that could be helped easily and cheaply. Generally clean enough but the long black hair on the bathtub and nasty stains on carpet really ruin the experience. As does a rusty heater in an otherwise new and nicely done bathroom. A shame.

Toilet paper plentiful and better quality slippers shod shoes and replaced the shower curtain glass door system !

It was quiet and spacious room. It is very close to city center, 10 minute-walk to downtown. breakfast was good.

It doesn't seem safe to wander around the hotel location at nights. The bed was creaking. The carpet didn't seem very clean.

Staff unpleasant,asked payment as we arrived Lift didn't work all 3 days(had a room at 4th floor),not nice at all Breakfast : coffee,tea,omelet : cold Room: minibar didn't worked,air conditioning didn't worked.Room 405 Hot water in the douche only after 15 min of running water. I complained to reception but NOTHING Generally: everything in the hotel old without maintenance . NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL !!!

It was a big room with a big bathroom as well and jacuzzi kind of tub.
